Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions. You can message us directly or send a message to the seller. You can contact GDP through our Contact Us page or through live chat in the lower right corner of the page (when using the desktop version). How to purchase an item on GDP?
When you find a product you’re interested in, click add cart. Make sure you’ve selected the correct color or size if applicable, review terms of service. When you’ve confirmed you are comfortable with the purchase, click checkout and follow the next steps in adding your payment information.
Will I receive a receipt of purchase?
Yes. Once your order has been received you’ll receive confirmation of your order, including your receipt.
How do I contact the seller if I haven’t received my purchase?
Each seller has a contact button. You can use the contact button or the email within the order confirmation to contact the seller directly. If you do not hear from the seller within 3 business days, please contact GDP support and we’ll follow up with the seller on your behalf.
